Every request is bespoke and individually priced according to the nature of the service.
Schedule displayed in accordance with the French order of 10 January 2017 on consumer information by professionals involved in real estate transactions. Fees are stated inclusive of all taxes for sales and exclusive of VAT for rentals, at the applicable rate. Each mandate specifies the amount of the fees and which party bears them. Fees are payable only upon effective completion of the transaction.
